CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Shylene Santiago is an INLIVIAN resident who’s raising her nine kids and teaching them Spanish, Mandarin, Portuguese, Swahili, Japanese and French.
Santiago is also the author of bilingual children’s books to make language learning accessible for all families.
