Pacers select Taelon Peter with the 54th overall pick

With the 54th overall pick of the NBA Draft, the Pacers selected Taelon Peter, a 6’4 guard from Liberty University.

Peter is the second selection for the Pacers following their 38th overall pick of Kam Jones.

Peter stood out at Liberty last season as he shot 45.3% from three. He averaged 13.7 points, 4.0 rebounds and 1.0 assists while at Liberty last year.

Peter played three seasons at Arkansas Tech before transferring to Liberty this past season.
