Cotter City Council to hold public hearing Thursday; regular meeting to follow


The Cotter City Council will meet in regular session at Cotter City Hall at 6 Thursday evening.

Prior to the regularly scheduled meeting, the board will hold a public hearing for the citizens and other interested persons to identify and discuss potential outdoor park and recreation needs and priorities for the community.





Items on the agenda include:

– An application by Courtney Roberts with North Arkansas Economic Development District (NWAEDD) to Cotter’s Great Strides/Trails for Life Grant;

– A review letter requesting the city to consider changing zoning;

– Annual of CPI and landfill fee increases; and

– An ordinance pertaining to the rules and regulations for permitting use inside city limits.
