Cotter City Council to Address Property Clean-Up, Sewer Project at July 24 Meeting


The Cotter City Council will hold its regular meeting on today at 6:00 in the Cotter City Council Chambers.Agenda items include:
– Discussion and action on clean-up and removal of the house and improvements located at 427 McClean Ave and 210 Combs Ave




– Update on Sewer Project Phase IIB – Ryan Road sewer line replacement, expected to begin by August 1

– Status of the FEMA grant application for a new fire truck, currently under federal review

– Reminder: “Coffee with the Mayor” will be held on Friday from 8 to 9 at Cotter City Hall – open to the public

Residents are also reminded that Cotter Public Schools will resume classes on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. Please use caution and expect increased traffic near the intersection of Highway 62 and 62B.

The public is welcome to attend.
