FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A convicted felon was arrested following a search warrant in Fresno, the city’s police department said on Thursday.
Officers from the police department’s Northwest Investigations team served a search warrant in the area of McKenzie Avenue and Ninth Avenue.
During the warrant service, officers report that a man was detained. Then, officers located a rifle and a handgun, along with live ammunition and magazines for different calibers.
Police say the man is a convicted felon and was arrested in connection with several gun charges. He was booked into the Fresno County Jail.
