Shreveport woman arrested for alleged indecent behavior with minor

SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — Authorities have arrested a woman following an investigation that began in April 2025.

According to the Shreveport Police Department, the case originated when the mother of a 16-year-old reported that her child had been involved in inappropriate communications with Katlynn Mack.

As a result of the investigation, detectives determined that probable cause existed to arrest Mack with one count of indecent behavior with a juvenile.

SPD detail Mack was taken into custody on June 25, 2025, and booked into the Shreveport City Jail.

The Shreveport Police Department notes that it remains “committed to protecting the well-being of our community’s youth and will continue to pursue individuals who attempt to exploit them.”
