(WPHL) — A shooter is in custody after he shot and killed a man inside a 7-Eleven in Tacony.
According to police, the shooting occurred at 7:07 a.m. at the 7-Eleven location on the 6900 block of Torresdale Avenue.
The male victim was shot in the head and pronounced dead at the scene at 7:15 a.m.
At 7:44 a.m., a barricade situation occurred when the alleged shooter barricaded himself in a home on the 7000 block of Tulip Street.
