BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A man accused of shooting a woman near Our Lady of the Lake Hospital in March
Roland Domino, 60, was arrested by Baton Rouge police in connection with the death of 58-year-old Patricia Jackson. Investigators said Domino shot Jackson multiple times following a verbal altercation in the hospital parking lot. He was also charged with illegal use of a weapon.
“We are prepared to move forward to trial,” East Baton Rouge District Attorney Hillar Moore said.
Jackson was an employee at the hospital.
According to BRPD, Domino has a prior criminal record that includes convictions for forgery, simple burglary, aggravated assault, and simple battery.
