Man hospitalized after being shot multiple times in Corbin
LONDON, Ky. (FOX 56) — One man was taken to the University of Kentucky Hospital after a Thursday morning shooting in Laurel County.
The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office said deputies were called at 2:23 a.m. to an apartment complex on Robert E. Cox Road, where a 42-year-old man was found shot multiple times.
The man was taken to Saint Joseph’s in London and was later transferred to UK Hospital for treatment, the sheriff’s office said. His status is unknown.
An investigation is ongoing, and a person of interest has not been identified at this time, according to authorities.
