Fairfield police investigate man’s death as potential homicide

(BCN) — Fairfield police are looking for the person who may have killed a man last week.

At approximately 11:42 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to a report of a physical battery that happened in the 300 block of East Tabor Avenue.

Police found 23-year-old Fairfield resident Juan Carlos Robles-Perez on the ground and unresponsive. Robles-Perez was transported by ambulance to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Investigators are treating the death as a potential homicide and believe Robles-Perez knew his attacker.
