Both parents were charged with seven counts of felony child abuse, eight counts of misdemeanor child abuse, and two counts of misdemeanor animal cruelty.
Gregory, who is currently on active probation, is being held on a $282,500 bond. Chelsie is being held on a $280,000 bond.
