ALBERTVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — The nightmare of one family desperate for answers has come to an end.
Kesha Holman took to social media Sunday to announce that her daughter Kensleigh Shelton was found.
“Kensleigh Shelton HAS BEEN FOUND SAFE!!!” the post read. “Thank you all so much! I’ll never be able to repay everyone for all the love and support! Our baby is home and we couldn’t be more thankful!”
Kensleigh, 15, had been missing since Monday.
Family members said the teen might have been traveling in a red Ford F-250 pickup truck with chrome rims. It was last seen in the area on the night of her disappearance.
The reward for information leading to her return had been originally set at $1,200 but was bumped up to $3,000 on Saturday.
