PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Dozens of reported outages are impacting thousands of people in the Portland metro area, according to a major utility in the region.
As of Friday at 2 p.m., Portland General Electric’s outage map indicates that there are over 20 outages impacting just under 6,000 customers.
KOIN 6 News reached out to PGE for comment. In response, a spokesperson replied:
“We’ve dispatched a crew to assess the cause of the outage and will know more once they’ve had a chance to see what’s going on.”
