Natchitoches Police feedback survey

NATCHITOCHES, La (KTAL/KMSS) – Natchitoches police want to know how they are doing.

The Natchitoches Police Department has launched a citizen engagement and feedback survey. The department sends text messages after certain types of interactions with 911 asking questions about how satisfied residents were with the service and any concerns.

Sergeant John Greely said feedback is important and he wants to provide positive information to his officers when possible, and if something can be improved.

Not everyone will receive a survey and residents that do not want to participate can simply not respond.

This cannot be used to report any type of emergency, criminal activity or make any formal complaints with the department.
