BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Two men were arrested, and two men are at large after a drug bust on Wednesday in Baton Rouge.
According to the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office, deputies were investigating an alleged violent criminal street gang, known as “448,” for two months. Alleged members of “448” have been accused of being involved in drug trafficking and crimes in Baton Rouge.
After searching five homes across Baton Rouge, Zachary and Baker, deputies seized:
- 29.4 pounds of marijuana
- Four ounces of crack cocaine
- digital scales
- A stolen 2019 Dodge Charger
- $15,000
Keshaun Young, 24, was arrested on charges of possession with the intent to distribute Schedule I drugs, possession with the intent to distribute Schedule II drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operation of a Clandestine lab.
Young was out on bond for unrelated charges, including drug and gun charges.
Terius Hawkins, 23, was arrested on charges of possession with the intent to distribute Schedule I drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Hawkins was out on bond for gun and drug charges.
Jasen Young, 49, is wanted on charges of possession with the intent to distribute Schedule I drugs, possession with the intent to distribute Schedule II drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operation of a Clandestine lab.
Young is on federal supervised probation for a prior drug charge.
Cameron Johnson, 21, is wanted on charges of illegal possession of stolen things.
Johnson is out on bond on charges of aggravated flight from an officer.
