Shreveport shooting leaves victim injured

SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — Shreveport Police Department is investigating a shooting in the 4100 block of Forest Oak Drive.

At around 4:51 p.m., Caddo 911 reported a shooting on Forest Oak and Broadway Avenue with five Shreveport Police units and four Shreveport Fire Department medical units.

Authorities said that one person was shot in the leg with non-life-threatening injuries. They said the victim was taken to the hospital.
