Electrolux Appoints Chief Strategy Officer

Vincent Rotger will oversee strategy, M&A

Electrolux Group has named Vincent Rotger chief strategy officer, overseeing the company’s business development function, which includes strategy and mergers and acquisitions. 

Rotger brings nearly 30 years of appliance industry experience to his new role, including stints at Whirlpool and Haier. He most recently worked with a startup company developing sustainable home appliances. 

“I’m passionate about sustainability, so I’m very much looking forward to joining Electrolux Group, which is at the forefront in this area,” he said. 

Rotger replaces Henrik Dagberg, who decided to leave the company. He will be based at Electrolux headquarters in Stockholm, where he will report directly to CEO Yannick Fierling. 

“I want to thank Henrik for his heavy involvement in our strategy development over his years with the group,” Fierling said. “He’s leaving behind a mark on the company that we will see for years to come. I also want to extend a warm welcome to Vincent, who will be stepping into these responsibilities and continuing the great work already underway.”  

Rotger will assume his new post on June 19.
