BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Deputies arrested four people from other states accused of stealing $2,000 in items from a Lowe’s in Gonzales.
The Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded to the reported theft on Friday, June 13. Investigators stopped a car tied to nine store thefts in Mississippi and Louisiana and arrested four people. A search of the car found $25,000 in stolen merchandise inside.
Joshua Olsen, 19, of Missouri; Juan Dominguez-Juarez, 19, of Florida; Jeny Dominguez, 22, of Florida; and Taimyreliz Molina, 19, of Florida, were charged with felony organized retail theft under $5,000 and criminal trespass.
The sheriff’s office said more charges are pending from other jurisdictions.
