PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Five alleged drug dealers were arrested in downtown Portland on Friday in a targeted mission by the Oregon State Police.
Troopers made the arrests over the course of three hours and seized 60.3 grams of meth, 11.7 grams of fentanyl, 25 grams of Xanax pills, and a ghost gun.
The suspected dealers, whose ages ranged from between 24 to 60, were arrested on charges of distributing a controlled substance, officials said. Some suspects also face charges of possessing drugs and/or a firearm.
“The enforcement effort focused on street-level dealers in Portland’s Old Town neighborhood,” police said.
