Repo man shot in store parking lot: Horn Lake Police

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man was shot in a store parking lot after trying to repo a car, Horn Lake police confirmed.

At approximately 5 p.m., officers responded to the area of 7256 Interstate Blvd for a complaint of shots being fired.

Officers said they were able to determine that a victim had attempted to repo a car on the lot when he had been shot.

The victim initially drove himself to Baptist DeSoto Hospital, but he was later transferred to Regional One in Memphis.

The victim is in critical condition.

Investigators on the scene said they are trying to gather more information and identify the possible shooter.
