BASTROP, La. (KTVE/KARD) — A juvenile was taken into custody on Monday, June 9, 2025, after a firearm was discovered on campus at Bastrop High School. According to Morehouse Parish Sheriff Mike Tubbs, the juvenile, who is currently enrolled in summer school, was allegedly spotted with a 9mm handgun after his hoodie lifted while stretching.
