Man shot and killed in San Jose shooting

(KRON) – The San Jose Police Department is investigating the city’s 11th homicide of the year. 

SJPD said the department was alerted to a shooting around 10:40 p.m. on Friday. 

San Jose police officers responded to the 6500 block of Camden Avenue. Arriving officers found a man suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Despite paramedics rendering aid, the victim died at the scene. 

San Jose PD said the investigation is active and ongoing.
