Foodbank CEO discusses budget propsal’s impact on foodbank, residents, economy, state


On Monday, the U.S. Senate began debate on a budget proposal which, if passed, would see cuts to the SNAP benefits program. Jeff Quick, CEO of the Food Bank of North Central Arkansas, spoke with KTLO News to discuss the impact this budget will have.
