Tuesday, the Association of the United States Army and the City of Philadelphia held a news conference. Officials gave PHL17 a preview of what the 3-day celebration from June 13-15 will look like: paratroopers, live performances, historical tributes, and a big birthday cake will be featured during the festivities.
Organizers hope to honor the Army’s past, present, and future in Philadelphia, the birthplace of the United States Army.
