SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – The Shreveport Police Department is searching for two suspects wanted for Felony Theft as Habitual Offenders.
Jessie Brown and Fredrick Jones are accused of stealing more than $1,000 worth of power tools from the Home Depot located at 110 E. Bert Kouns Industrial Loop.
Police say they were seen skipping all registers without paying, then fled the scene in a black SUV.

SPD detectives obtained warrants after confirming the details of the incident and receiving clear still images of the suspects’ faces. Further investigative work led to the positive identification of Brown and Jones as the individuals involved.
A review of criminal history revealed that Fredrick Jones has been arrested three times for theft and has two prior convictions. Jessie Brown has a more extensive record, with 41 previous theft arrests and nine convictions.
