According to documents filed in a Los Angeles court, the unidentified woman, Jane Doe, claims Williamson allegedly kidnapped, raped and terrorized her on multiple occasions.
Documents state the lawsuit was filed on Thursday, May 29, by an alleged ex of Williamson who claimed they started dating in 2018 while at Duke.
The lawsuit reads that on Sept. 23, 2020, Williamson “raped and assaulted ” the woman at his Beverly Hills home in Southern California.
The allegations state that during their relationship, the woman allegedly endured continued abuse, controlling and threatening behavior, saying the abuse was sexual, physical, emotional and financial.
The woman made claims of a second rape on Oct. 10, 2020 after stating “she was considering seeing a friend in San Diego” to which Williamson allegedly said she could not go.
