(KRON) — The northbound connector between Highway 87 and Interstate 280 in San Jose was temporarily closed due to flooding Monday. According to the California Highway Patrol, Caltrans personnel were on the scene working to reopen the section of roadway.
As of around 11 a.m., all lanes had reopened. Officials said to expect residual delays.
