Baton Rouge police investigating shooting at McDonald’s

BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Police officers responded to a shooting at a McDonald’s in Baton Rouge on Saturday afternoon.

A spokesperson for the Baton Rouge Police Department confirmed officers responded to the fast-food restaurant on Sherwood Forest Boulevard. No further details were shared by police.

Emergency medical services officials said one person was taken to the hospital.
