WEST HAZLETON – Police here are investigating a reported shooting overnight.
West Hazleton Police said they were called to Winters Avenue in the borough around 3:22 a.m. for a man with a gunshot wound.
There, police said an altercation happened inside the VFW bar and spilled into the street.
Gunfire ensued and a man was shot in the abdomen three times.
Anyone with information on the incident should call West Hazleton Police at 570-455-3733.
