“It’s probably going to get worse”: Crash delays traffic in Union County

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — Traffic is delayed on Highway 60 county following an accident, officials confirm.

The Union County Judge Executive’s Office says a truck “hooked onto a line and got a pole broken down” at the intersection of Terre Hill Road near the County Extension Office.

Judge Executive Adam O’Nan says traffic is down to one lane and is backed up to the US 60 bypass.

Officials are advising drivers to seek alternative routes at this time as emergency crews are moving in and out of the area. We’re told State Road 130 is also closed at this time as crews conduct electrical work.

This is a developing story.
