Crixa Cakes has called the location of 2748 Adeline St., its home for 25 years. The company posted an announcement titled “Crixa Crossroads Ahead” on its website explaining why it decided not to renew its lease when it expires at the end of May. “We were originally planning on staying at our current location, but we no longer want to do business with our landlord.”
Crixa continued to say, “We would like to re-open elsewhere at some point in the future, but in the short-term, we are going to work on our cookbook. We have had a great run of 25 years on Adeline Street, and we could not have made it without our amazing customers, employees, and vendors. Thank you, we are truly grateful for your support!”
