SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — Mother’s Day falls on Sunday, May 11, a time to spend celebrating all the mother figures in our lives. Shreveport, Bossier restaurants are offering special deals, including premium steak and lobster tails, all-you-can-eat brunch, and complimentary mimosas.

Celebrating early? On May 10, consider playing Mahjong & Mimosas – includes complimentary mimosa to begin your game/brunch with your mother, aunt or motherly figure. Patrons can enjoy two hours of Mahjong at 10 a.m. followed by lunch at Heron, 1023 Provenance Blvd, Suite 200, in Shreveport.

Mahjong & Mimosa’s $50 ticket includes one Mimosa and the choice of:

• Crab & Lobster Cake with Poached Egg + Smoked Tomato Beurre Blanc
• Roasted Mushroom & Chicken Crêpe in Fontina Sherry Mornay

Ernest’s Orleans Restaurant & Cocktail are serving their signatures for a Mother’s Day Buffet style featuring entertainment by SEVA MAY. Adults: $59.99 and children $19.99 from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Flames Mediterranean Restaurant are giving complimentary mimosas for all mothers.

Hunter Crab – Shreveport special features 2 lobster tails, 2 snow crab clusters, 1 lb of headless shrimp and more for $89.
