Two individuals were arrested after several drugs were found lying around at a residence within reach of children. Cory Goodman and Tiffany Englehardt were booked into the Douglas County Jail as they each face three counts of first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor.

According to the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded April 23 to a residence to arrest Englehardt on multiple felony warrants and made contact with Goodman and three minors. Goodman allegedly lied about Englehardt being present, and deputies entered the residence and located her unconscious on the bathroom floor due to drug and alcohol intoxication.

Englehardt reportedly admitted to recently consuming alcohol, methamphetamine and her prescription narcotics. She was transported by ambulance to an undisclosed hospital.

Upon further investigation, numerous prescription narcotics and marijuana were reportedly discovered lying around the residence within reaching distance of the children. Goodman appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance.

Goodman is also facing charges of hindering the prosecution of a felony and resisting arrest for a felony. His bond was set at $15,000.

Englehardt was transported to jail the next day. Her bond was set at $15,000 on the endangerment charges, but she also has a no-bond hold on active warrants for possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm.
