UTAH COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — A motorcyclist and his passenger were taken to the hospital after reportedly crashing into the back of a car on Saturday afternoon.
According to Jeanteil Livingston with Lehi City, the crash occurred at the intersection of Redwood Road and Cold Spring Drive in Saratoga Springs shortly before 3:40 p.m. on May 3. Livingston said the motorcycle hit the back end of a passenger car.
Livingston told ABC4.com that the motorcycle passenger — identified as an adult female — was life-flighted to a Murray hospital with serious injuries. The motorcyclist — an adult male — was taken to a local hospital with severe injuries, but his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
As of Saturday night, officials did not have a current update on the conditions of the two injured people.
There is no further information at this time.
