Fredrick, known to be one of Hunt, Hook and Cook’s earliest guest, shared his excitement for the crabbing season.
“Dude, what a perfect place to crab, look how nice it is set up.” Fredrick said. “They got a lot of crabs. I heard there is a bunch, they might not be big, I think there is a lot of small ones running but it’s looking good. Look at the weather it doesn’t get better than this. ”
Gerald asked Fredrick if he could provide any advice on limit of crabs a person could catch.
“Typically, you got to check the pamphlet and every place is a little different .” Fredrick said. “Typically, it’s 12 dozen per vehicle or boat. That’s a lot of crabs we don’t need to catch that many. I think we catch three dozen then we probably good to go.”
Gerald and the KLFY team are excited to be crabbing at the lake and looking forward to what they cook from their catch.
