MARKSVILLE, La. (WNTZ) — The Avoyelles Parish Sheriff’s Office released a media report Monday detailing multiple arrests made between April 21 and April 27, 2025.
April 21, 2025
Joseph Dwayne Charrier, 29, of Hessmer, was arrested for burglary, simple criminal damage to property, aggravated battery, robbery, attempted armed robbery, and false imprisonment.
Oren J. Chenevert, 37, of Cottonport, was arrested for domestic abuse battery, false imprisonment, and contempt for failure to appear for a traffic ticket.
Sharee N. Dauzat, 31, of Hessmer, was arrested for home invasion and criminal trespassing.
Elisha E. Desoto, 48, of Marksville, was arrested for possession of a Schedule II drug with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, improper lane usage, and possession of marijuana.

Kirk Joseph Carmouche, 50, of Marksville, was arrested for first-offense DWI, possession of marijuana, improper lane usage, and possession of alcoholic beverages in a motor vehicle.
Devon Thomas Deaville, 42, of Cottonport, was arrested for three counts of contempt — failure to appear.
Jordan Ryan Murray, 38, of Mansura, was arrested for theft.
Michael Prater, 51, of Cottonport, was arrested for domestic abuse child endangerment and domestic abuse battery by strangulation.
Troylynn Nicole Wiggins, 39, of Cottonport, was arrested for domestic abuse aggravated assault.

Laddius Leblanc, 26, of Lebeau, was arrested for illegal obstruction of view through windows, operating a vehicle with a suspended license, possession with intent to distribute a Schedule I drug, possession of a Schedule II drug, and contempt — failure to appear in court.
Deneshia M. Pierite, 25, of Bunkie, was arrested for possession of a Schedule I drug with intent to distribute, possession of a Schedule II drug, and misuse of safety belt tags.
Katlin Sayer, 35, of Marksville, was arrested for contempt — failure to appear.

Jamie Cadoree, 37, of Mansura, was arrested for failure to appear and contempt.
Betty Dauzat, 47, of Marksville, was arrested for contempt — failure to appear for traffic court.
Trenton James Francisco, 32, of Bowie, was arrested for probation and parole violations.
Carlos Ramos, 23, of Cottonport, was arrested for criminal trespassing.
Christopher D. Tibbs, of Bunkie, was arrested for possession of a Schedule I drug with intent to distribute, possession of a Schedule II drug, misuse of safety belt tags, improper switching of license plates, failure to conduct required vehicle inspections, operating a vehicle with a suspended license, and contempt — failure to appear for traffic court.
