The event will take place Saturday morning from 10 to 2 in the parking lot of Tractor Supply Company.
In order to help remove substances which could be used for illegal purposes or be a public health and safety risk, Sheriff John Montgomery says any drugs will be accepted with no questions asked.
Montgomery says all drugs taken across the state through the program will be safely disposed of.

In addition to the event, a secure drop box for substance disposal is available at 206 West 8th Street.
