An arrest citation alleged that a 15-year-old was raped by 26-year-old Jack Collins of Corbin.
Kentucky State Police (KSP) said the teenager claimed Collins gave her marijuana in exchange for sex in multiple locations but mostly in his camper.
In an interview with detectives on Monday, April 21, Collins reportedly admitted to giving the teen marijuana, but he said the sexual encounters only happened once.
KSP said marijuana was found in Collins’ camper.

He was booked into the Whitley County Detention Center and is being held on a $75,000 cash bond, according to the arrest records.
Collins is scheduled to appear in court at 1 p.m. Thursday, April 24.
