Police also arrested two additional suspects who detectives believe sexually exploited minors online. The arrestees were identified as 29-year-old Anthony Mozingo of Elk Grove and 29-year-old Sheldon Ludd of Sacramento.

“This proactive operation brought together 12 law enforcement agencies and dedicated hundreds of investigative hours to targeting those intending to harm children,” police wrote.

The Brentwood Police Department released Vance’s mugshot on Monday to help find potential additional victims. “If you have any information, or believe you may have had contact with him, please contact the Brentwood Police Department at 925-809-7911,” BPD wrote.
