SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — Police activity in the area of South Van Ness Avenue and 16th Street Monday morning has been resolved, according to the San Francisco Department of Emergency Management. Emergency crews remain on the scene and people are being advised to expect delays, consider alternate routes, and allow for additional travel time.
