NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The man who allegedly fled from New Orleans criminal court is now back in custody.
According to Matthew Dennis with the Assured Supervision Accountability Program, Terrance Green was in court on April 17, facing multiple gun charges when he was told that he would be reprimanded due to non-compliance.
That’s reportedly when Green allegedly fled the building heading to the Walmart on Tchoupitoulas before cutting off his ankle monitor and throwing it off of the Crescent City Connection.
On Monday, April 21, Green reportedly surrendered to U.S. Marshals and is now in custody, according to Dennis.
