MH man drowns after falling from boat on Bull Shoals Lake

A Mountain Home man drowned Sunday morning after falling from his boat on Bull Shoals Lake.

According to a Baxter County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson, the 87-year-old male was in the Howard Cove area when the incident occurred around 10:30. He was reportedly not wearing a life preserver, and his body was recovered on the surface.
