Police said the incidents happened in Brighton Park, McKinley Park, Bridgeport and Back of the Yards.
The first incident happened at around 4:15 a.m. Wednesday, April 16 in the 4000 block of South Western Avenue. Three more similar incidents happened a few nights later along the 3300 and 3500 blocks of South Archer Avenue, along with the 1700 block of West 47th Street, according to investigators.
Police said a fifth incident happened Saturday, April 19 in the 3500 block of South Halsted Street.
In each of the five incident, police said the suspect was a man between 25 and 40 years of age who stands 5’8″ to 6’1″ and weighs roughly 160 to 220 pounds. He was also wearing mostly dark clothing.
No arrests have been made.
