The man is identified as Jeffrey Allen Picklesimer, 59. He is described as White, 5’8″, 170 lbs, with brown eyes and a shaved, bald head. His clothing is unknown.
Picklesimer was reportedly last seen with Angela Galloway — possibly driving a 2005 silver Dodge Ram 1500 and staying in the Kearns area. Picklesimer left medical care against medical advice without his required medications, according to DPS.
He reportedly also had short-term memory issues.
