The Ogle County Sheriff’s Office reported that deputies were called to the 100 block of W. Orchard Hills Drive around 7:47 p.m., for a reported domestic disturbance.
Nathan Laws, 26, was identified as the suspect. Later, authorities located him driving near the intersection of E. Flagg Road and S. Center Road and pulled him over.
Laws now faces charges of Aggravated Domestic Battery and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.
He was taken to the Ogle County Jail and detained pending an appearance before a judge.
