By rssfeeds-admin TEXARKANA, Tx. (KTAL/KMSS) – On Friday, Texas A&M Texarkana hosted Our Lady of the Lake for game one of the its weekend series, but the Eagles were swept away 14-4.
Four early runs in the second inning from OLLU put them in good position to start the game.
The Eagles were able to close the gap a bit with a two RBI double from Joey Spence to answer in the third inning, but the Saints kept tacking on runs, nine in the sixth and seventh innings alone.
The Eagles wrap up the series on Saturday, April 12 with a doubleheader at 12 pm and 3 pm.
