Investigators said an officer stopped a vehicle on Highway 49 around midnight on April 2, 2025, for a traffic violation. The driver was identified as Carl Dimino, 58, of Story, Arkansas.
According to police, the officer who stopped Dimino could smell the odor of marijuana. They said Dimino admitted to having marijuana in the vehicle and handed the officer a joint.
After a search of the vehicle, police said they discovered 126 dosage units of ecstasy, more than three pounds of MDMA, five pounds of psilocybin, 12 vials of pure LSD liquid, a large amount of LSD squares, 198 grams of marijuana and two sets of digital scales.
Richland police said Dimino has an extensive criminal history with more than 20 arrests, including 12 felonies, across seven different states.
