NEW CASTLE, Ind. — A New Castle woman was arrested after she was caught in a Henry County drug bust in early March.

Courtney L. Kilgore, 33, was charged with the following:

  • Two counts of Dealing in a Controlled I Substance, a Level 6 Felony
  • Obstruction of Justice, a Level 6 Felony
  • Maintaining a Common Nuisance – Controlled Substance, a Level 6 Felony
  • Unlawful Possession of a Syringe, a Level 6 Felony
  • Two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Class A Misdemeanor

Officers from the Henry County Area Drug Task Force executed a narcotics search warrant at the 110 block o N 16th St. on March 12.

During the search officers reportedly found $3K worth of spice, THC gummies, prescription pills, psilocybin mushrooms, and marijuana. Crews also found $3,000 in cash.

They found items throughout the home including the kitchen, the home, and even the toilet in what police believe was an attempt to flush.
