Investigation results in Machesney Park man charged with meth delivery

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Winnebago County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Dustin Laws, 39, on charges of meth delivery after an investigation.

On December 9, 2024, officers started a drug investigation after a tip informed them Laws was distributing meth. Deputies set up surveillance in the 7600 block of North Alpine Road.

Authorities saw a gray Dodge Ram truck pull up to a Phillips 66 Gas Station and a man enter the vehicle.

The suspect was later taken into custody around 10 a.m., and his truck was impounded.
