MAGEE, Miss. (WJTV) – Magee police announced a man was arrested for allegedly firing shots at an occupied vehicle.
The incident occurred in the parking lot of the CEFCO gas station on Highway 49 around 4:00 a.m. on March 23. No one was injured during the shooting.
After several days of investigation, police said Desmond Kantrell Williams was arrested on Saturday, March 29 with support from the Simpson County Sheriff’s Office.

Williams was transported to the Magee Police Department, and he was charged with aggravated assault and discharging a firearm within city limits.
